The location is stunning and fantastic. the staff are helpful. the rooms are incredible and new-fashioned. Rooms come with central heating, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel television. Overall the hotel met expectations. I would definitely stop here again.

Unbeatable location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. And the area was nice, just next door to the slopes as well as the mountains. The hotel room was exceptionally nice, had central heating, TV and a sitting area👍

The hotel was fairly clean and we had a new-fashioned room. The location turned out to be perfect. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar il Ciliegio. The staff were very very helpful and excellent, thanks to them everything was really good🙂

The service at the hotel was very good. the room was fairly quiet and neat, exceeding my high expectations for a really nice stay. the hotel's location, relatively close to a grand marble-striped cathedral, was stunning.

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to the ski lift, ski slopes, and the cable car station, with a nice restaurant nearby for lunch.

The hotel's decoration is lovely and offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for senior travelers like myself. The elegant furnishings and warm color palette create a welcoming environment. Additionally, the hotel's general areas are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The accessibility for senior people is commendable, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the hotel for easy navigation.

The only thing I would ask for to enhance a better vacation experience for senior people is more assistance from the staff, especially during peak times. It would be beneficial if the children working there could be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests.

The room was amazing. The restaurant had good meals, I tried extraordinary dishes. The location was awesome, relatively near Piazza del Duomo.

The hotel's location near the mountains provided breathtaking views at sunset and sunrise. the rooms were incredibly comfortable with 2 separate beds on the 3rd level and fantastic views. I thoroughly enjoyed that.
